Better access to natural gas for eight central Pennsylvania counties took its first step at a recent kick-off meeting with SEDA-Council of Governments and its Regional Gas Utilization Initiative study partners at Union County Government Center.
It’s official – energy savings and more jobs are one step closer for industries, businesses and residents in Centre, Clinton and Mifflin counties with the formation of the SEDA-COG Natural Gas Cooperative, Inc.
SEDA-Council of Governments has been awarded a $50,000 grant to get eight central Pennsylvania counties ready to distribute natural gas to unserved or underserved homes, businesses and industries.
